Celebrating the Arts Series to Present "Proposals"

Waynesburg University’s Celebrating the Arts series will present a community production of Proposals Thursday, July 22 through Saturday, July 24. The performances will be held in the Goodwin Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. each evening. Admission is $5 and the public is cordially invited to attend.  Read the full story here.
